1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Cheetah Pak, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

a. Design and Custom Packaging Services: Cheetah Pak provides design and custom packaging services, allowing customers to create and order unique packaging solutions tailored to their specifications.

b. Order Process: The order process involves providing detailed information about your requirements, reviewing and approving design proofs, and completing payment to initiate production.

3. Ordering and Payment

a. Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will provide a detailed order confirmation, including pricing, production timeline, and other relevant details. Payment in full or a mutually agreed-upon deposit is required to initiate production.

b. Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. Cancellation requests after this period may be subject to fees.

4. Design Approval and Variance

a. Design Approval: Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving design proofs. Approval indicates acceptance of the design, dimensions, and other specifications.

b. Production Variance: Due to the custom nature of our services, there may be a variance of up to +/- 15% in the final product. This variance is considered acceptable within industry standards.

5. Quality Assurance and Issue Reporting

a. Quality Control: We maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the final product meets our high standards.

b. Issue Reporting: Any issues with your order must be reported within 30 days of receiving the products. Please provide photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue for investigation.

6. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: Templated designs created by Cheetah Pak remain the intellectual property of Cheetah Pak.  

b. Customer Content: Customers retain ownership of their original content provided for custom designs and new designs through Cheetah Pak upon completion of payment. 

7. Limitation of Liability

Cheetah Pak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Organization, and the judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

9. Modification of Terms

Cheetah Pak reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website.
