Order Placement:
- To initiate a custom packaging and design order, please contact our sales team at sales@cheetahpak.com or (971) 200-5801. Provide detailed information about your requirements, including dimensions, materials, and any specific design preferences.

Design Approval:
- Once the design is finalized, you will receive a proof for your approval. Review the proof carefully, checking for accuracy in dimensions, design elements, and other specifications. Approving the design is an acknowledgment that it meets your requirements. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

Order Confirmation:
- After design approval, we will provide you with a detailed order confirmation, including pricing, production timeline, and any additional terms specific to your order. Payment in full or an agreed-upon deposit is required to proceed with production.

Production Variance:
- Due to the nature of custom production, there may be a variance of up to +/- 15% in the final product. This variance is considered acceptable within industry standards, and we strive to minimize any deviations from the approved design.

Quality Assurance:
- We maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure the final product meets our high standards. However, if you receive a product with a significant deviation from the approved design or if there are quality issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order.

Issue Reporting:
- Any issues with your custom packaging and design order must be reported to us within 30 days of receiving the products. Please provide photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate the matter promptly and work towards a resolution.

Returns and Refunds:
- Returns and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for valid issues reported within the 30-day timeframe. Our team will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide instructions for returning the product or issuing a refund.
